About Us
CareerNinja is born of a partnership between Kaiser Ninja and NinjaX. One day while assisting friends to create better resumes and land better jobs, they realized that they could do far more good by creating a website that would help large numbers of people succeed in the business world than working with people individually. Our first brainstorming sessions fell into many of the same traps that many businesses descend into, lacking vitality and creativity. We knew that we needed something that represented our creative expression and passion for sharing the lessons we've learned. With the current ninja fad, we knew we could do no wrong. In that moment, two Career Ninjas were born.
About Kaiser Ninja
Kaiser Ninja is a seasoned warrior of modern leadership in the business world, having honed his blades on the cinderblock whetsones of The Home Depot, improved his sake tolerance within the elite secret force of Safeway management, and recruiting for a number of companies the world over. Kaiser Ninja affects a jovial identity in everyday life to throw off would-be assassination attempts by our rivals (unemployedninja.com and corporatesamurai.org) and can, at any time, be found either on a dance floor cutting multiple rugs, or playing his advance copy of Starcraft 2. About NinjaX
After too many uninterrupted hours of starting blankly at a computer terminal, NinjaX was left in a persistent vegetative state. No longer able to perform the rigorous duties of a programmer, he was forced to abandon a promising career as a code monkey and begin to follow his dream of living a life of service to others. Having loaded his arsenal over a decade of performing duties as a system administrator and software engineer, NinjaX has earned black belts in Perl, PHP, C, and web languages as well as mastering the Linux arts. He spends his days driving classic cars, exploring alternate realities, and working to set an example for a more tolerant world.
